Celebrating Opal Play Honours Award October 2026

We are incredibly proud to announce that Pyrcroft Grange has been awarded the OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) Honours Award following our third consecutive Platinum Award. This is a significant national achievement and recognises our sustained commitment to providing outstanding play opportunities for all children. The Honours Award is reserved for schools that have not only achieved Platinum standards but have demonstrated excellence over time, embedding high-quality play into the culture of the school and continually developing their provision. This recognition celebrates the dedication of our staff, the enthusiasm of our pupils, and the support of our families in creating a play environment where children are active, creative, resilient, independent and engaged every day. We are delighted that our commitment to enriching children's lives through play has been recognised at the highest level and look forward to continuing our journey of innovation and improvement.
