Planet Soccer – After-School Provision

Pyrcroft Grange Primary School continues to enjoy an excellent working relationship with Planet Soccer. The organisation consistently delivers high-quality physical education sessions that support and enhance our pupils’ learning experiences. We are delighted that Planet Soccer will also be leading our after-school provision every Monday and Thursday.

Planet Soccer’s after-school clubs are designed to support children’s development both physically and mentally. Their sessions provide a nurturing and engaging environment where pupils can build confidence, develop social skills, strengthen teamwork and sportsmanship, and enjoy opportunities to learn new physical skills or practise activities they already enjoy. The club also offers a welcoming space where children can make new friends, have fun, and grow in self-esteem.

All Planet Soccer staff hold an enhanced DBS check and have completed up-to-date safeguarding training, including Prevent training. All staff are also first-aid trained.

Booking Information for Parents

Sessions Available – Monday and Thursday

· 15:15 – 16:15 – £6.50

· 16:15 – 17:30 – £9.00

· 15:15 – 17:30 – £13.00 (a snack is provided during this session)

Please note:

• Parents are required to sign a parent contract prior to their child attending.
• Places must be booked for the full term; sessions cannot be booked on an ad-hoc basis.
• Parents will be charged the termly rate set by the school.
• Payment must be made by the stated deadline as detailed on the school’s booking form or invoice.
• Refunds for non-attendance are not issued unless exceptional circumstances are agreed by the school.
• If a session is cancelled by the school or the provider, parents will be informed and either refunded or credited.

We are only able to offer after- school provision for pupils in our ASD centre, following a risk assessment and discussion with parents. All children will be assessed on an individual basis as appropriate to their needs.
